Ben is becoming quite an independent eater nowadays. Great for him, frustrating at times for Mommy and Daddy. He refuses to wear a bib and he's not the neatest eater!

Ben usually only eats bananas when he can hold them...
...or securely position it in the hole in his chair! Okay... this has only happened once but I promise, he did it all on his own! Pretty clever!
He also enjoys caps! So while Daddy ate dinner tonight, Ben played with ketchup.
Over this bottle of ketchup, we discusses animal sounds. Thanks to a book from Colin, the Big Red Barn, Ben is quite familiar with the sounds a pig makes (scrunches up his nose and snorts a little)...
