On our way back to North Carolina from NY, we stopped in PA for 2 nights to visit some family! We went to see the kids' great-grandmom and visited a farm to see the animals and get yummy ice cream. Maaike warmed up to Aunt Better Ann INSTANTLY. She went right up to her and sat on her lap! It helps that Aunt Bette Ann and Maaike's Nana (who are sisters) look a lot alike! We were pretty sure Maaike was so comfortable because she recognized her Nana! It was cute!
We got a glimpse of some peacock babies!
Ben thoroughly enjoyed making sure the animals got their grain in addition to the hay!
