ROBERTS VISIT DAY 1

This past weekend was filled with lots of extended family fun!  

The Roberts family (Dave's first cousin, Caroline, her hubby and their 4 kids) came down to spend time with us and Scott also ran the half marathon with Dave and I on Sunday.  

They got in about 2 AM on Friday morning, so the kids saw them Friday morning when they woke up.  

As you can see, it took our kids a long time to warm up to their cousins!

We had a lazy morning at home and Lexi fell asleep on Sarah!  It was precious!  It worked out perfectly since we had plans for the afternoon that didn't have time for a nap!

We spent the afternoon at the Battleship and we all had a great time!  All of the kids had a blast (as well as the adults) and thoroughly enjoyed everything!

Day 1 ended with yummy dinner at home and then a few hours out for the adults!  Sarah and the crew babysat our 3 kiddos and we went out for a little walk, fancy dessert and coffee!
