This past weekend, we got our one and only snowfall of the year! It totalled just over 4 inches, so we were thrilled! As we got Ben ready to go outside, we knew there was no way Maaike was going to miss out. So out the 4 of us went to enjoy the snow!

Maaike successfully navigated around the snow in Ben's workboots! (Thank you, Caleb! Unfortunately, your snowpants were being borrowed by a friend who went away to a tubing place in VA.... we really could have used them)

We didn't have a sled... so this is what Dave came up with! Ben wanted nothing to do with it, but Maaike hopped on and enjoyed the ride!

These are the pictures from our first outing... We went out 2 more times that day and once the following day before it all melted away! It was great entertainment for the kids!
