On May 25, we spent the morning celebrating Ben at his preschool graduation! It's the first of many for our family and it was pretty special! Dave took the day off from work and Mom, Cindy and Lori came down from Emerald Isle to celebrate with us!
Waiting for the show to begin...
The ceremomy was a short 40 minutes! Each age level came out and sang some cute songs before the 4 year olds "graduated." This is Ben's small class. There were 5 other Pre-K classes but this was the only class that went 4 days a week (as opposed to 3 or 5).
Ben looks a bit dazed and confused but his little friend there was preoccupied!
Each child was called to get their diploma!

Our graduate!
This was definitely the best picture of my mom, Cindy and the kids... so please excuse the fact that is diploma is upside down!
Ben and his teacher... what a great pair they made this year! She was the perfect fit for him and Dave and I truly appreciated all she did to continue to prepare him for school.
We came home to presents from Cindy, Lori and my mom. Ben was SUPER excited to get a new bike from Cindy and Lori! He couldn't get out there fast enough to use it. After just a day, he was comfortably getting on and off by himself. Thanks for celebrating Ben with us and spoiling him! Maaike got Ben's smaller bike and couldn't be more excited about it!
