This past Saturday, we packed up the kids and headed to Emerald Isle for the day! It was great! The water wasn't too rough, so Ben had a very successful boogie boarding experience! Daddy was a great teacher and Ben was all smiles!
And then there's Lexi with her "Botox needing scrunched up nose" smile! Daddy says she'll grow into her skin so I'm counting on that!
My mom got Lexi this get-up to keep the sun off of her new skin and I've come to love it at the beach. Since she's crawling, she's able to do so without getting red, sore knees! She was all over the place and had a blast!
We were excited to spend the day with Cindy and Lori also! When Ben was done boogie boarding, he had to lounge and snack under the umbrellas!
Maaike hung out with Joon Joon and kept pouring water on her feet! Whatever keeps her happy!
