We have been enjoying some beautiful fall weather down here!
Last week, Ben had a fall festival at school, so the girls and I spent some time with him.
Ben threw the football right through the tire the first time he tried!
So you're probably thinking, "Why is Ben wearing that hat?"
Well, apparently we need to buy him some hats! He took my hat a few days before the festival to school and left it there. Well, when I showed up he was wearing it. He looks a bit ridiculous and so cute at the same time! Wait until his close-up.... you'll smile!

Maaike was so excited to get her face painted!
On Sunday, we carved our pumpkins! Guess which child was the most skittish about the pumpkin slime?
If you guessed Ben, you're RIGHT! He did this for posterity's sake and then played on the swing set the rest of the time!

Lexi though... she took the cake.... She was SO INTO the whole process... Enjoy these pictures!
So in the picture to the left, Lexi was as happy as a clam playing in the slime and seeds. Then Maaike somehow finagled the orange scoop out of Lexi's hands and she was pretty upset, as you can see!
Our finished products, Ben's was the scary pumpkin, Maaike's the smiley, and Lexi's was the cat!
