Maaike was in her first dance recital on December 17th! She performed to I Want A Hippopotamus For Christmas and did an outstanding job! My heart was thumping when I left her backstage because I wasn't sure if she'd even walk on stage! She did and it was great! If I can figure out how to get a video on the blog, I will share her performance. For now, pictures will have to do!
(She's looking to the side a lot because the dance teachers were behind the curtains helping the kids remember the moves!)
