My mom is down with her 2 friends for the bi-annual beach vacation! So yesterday, the kids and I went up to visit them!

We went out for dinner and she took Ben (before and after dinner... Thank you!) to feed the turtles, which he loved! Then when we were getting ready to leave last night, he was cuddling up next to her on the couch with his pencil and paper. It was so sweet!
Cindy and Maaike. It didn't take Maaike long at all to warm up to everyone! Including...

We went to the beach after the kids woke up from their naps.
Look who surprised us and showed up after working only a 1/2 day! We were all surprised to see Dave but glad that he could enjoy the beach with us for a few hours.

Maaike's walking is improving a little more each day! She walked a lot more than she usually does yesterday. She definitely still prefers crawling... for now!

Love the photos! What fun. So glad you all could visit with Jun-jun! Love, love, love the black and white snapshot! Have you been taking photo lessons in your "spare time" as a mom? :-) Miss you guys!
